Warranty Coverage

Bulltex offers a 2-Year Limited Warranty on all suspension and steering components, including:

• Control arms

• Ball joints

• Tie rod ends

• Steering racks

• Stabilizer links

• Shock absorbers and struts

• Related suspension & steering parts

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.​

 

Warranty Period

The warranty period begins on the original date of purchase and is valid for 24 months.

Proof of purchase is required (Amazon order number or authorized distributor invoice).

What Is Covered

This warranty covers:

• Manufacturing defects

• Premature failure under normal driving conditions

• Structural or material defects
   

If a product is found defective within the warranty period, Bulltex will:

• Replace the product free of charge, or

• Issue a refund at our discretion

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

​

• Improper installation

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage due to accidents or collisions

• Off-road racing or extreme modifications

• Unauthorized repairs or alterations

• Improper torque or alignment procedures

• Damage caused by other worn suspension components

• Professional installation is strongly recommended.

For purchases made through Amazon:

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.

Approved warranty claims may qualify for:

Bulltex reserves the right to inspect returned products before issuing replacement or refund.​

 

Limitation of Liability

Bulltex’s liability is limited strictly to the replacement or refund of the defective product. Labor costs, vehicle downtime, towing, rental vehicles, or related damages are not covered.
