Returns for Amazon Purchases
If your Bulltex product was purchased through Amazon:

Returns must be initiated through your Amazon account.

Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to Amazon’s return policy.

Bulk & Distributor Returns
Wholesale orders:

Must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

Require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

May be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%) for non-defective returns.
Freight charges are non-refundable unless due to Bulltex error.
