At Bulltex, we are committed to delivering high-quality suspension and steering components backed by responsive customer service. Our return policy differs slightly depending on where the product was purchased.

Returns for Amazon Purchases

If your Bulltex product was purchased through Amazon:

​

  • Returns must be initiated through your Amazon account.

  • Most items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, subject to Amazon’s return policy.

  • To start a return:

    Amazon Account → Your Orders → Return or Replace Items
     

All Amazon returns are processed according to Amazon’s policies and timelines.

If additional support is needed, you may contact Bulltex customer support with your Amazon order number.

 

Returns for Website Purchases (Bulltex.com)

For purchases made directly through our website:

Return Window

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
     

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and not installed

  • Item must be in original packaging

  • All hardware and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required
     

Installed parts are not eligible for return unless confirmed defective.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a:

  • Defective product

  • Incorrect item

  • Damaged shipment
     

You must notify us within 5 business days of delivery and provide:

​

  • Order number

  • Photos of the issue

  • Description of the problem
     

If approved, Bulltex will:

​

  • Provide a prepaid return label (for U.S. orders)

  • Offer replacement or refund

​

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

​

  • Installed parts (unless defective)

  • Items damaged due to improper installation

  • Parts modified or altered

  • Products returned after 30 days
     

Clearance or final sale items

Refund Processing (Website Orders)

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs (Website Orders)

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Bulk & Distributor Returns

Wholesale orders:

​

  • Must be reported within 15 days of delivery.

  • Require Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  • May be subject to a restocking fee (up to 15%) for non-defective returns.
     

Freight charges are non-refundable unless due to Bulltex error.
